Moe Characters representing a given subject by showing its traits. Also often referred to as Moe Gijinkas (Japanese: 萌え擬人化).

The intention of personifying must be clear in the Character's design. Those without such a clear intention are not considered as Personifications on the Moeverse Wiki and should not be added to this Category, even if they exhibit some traits of what they are supposed to represent. Notable examples are most Moe Mascots, who may for example wear a logo hairpin and clothing themed in accordance with the represented entity, or have a name reminding of it, but such traits are usually for brand recognition rather than to actually make the Character personify the entity.

Vistake is also an example of a Character associated with something (Windows Vista) without personifying that thing since she does not even display its traits.
