Her official debut is unknown. The oldest logged artwork most accessible was uploaded to Pixiv on October 10th, 2007 by user おみきらむつま (Omikiramutsuma).

She is popular in, and may have originated from the "may" bulletin board of Futaba's Nijiura imageboard.[1]
