Hwa-young Cho (Korean: 조 화영, Cho Hwa-young), prominently known by her English name Monique, is a character from The Windolgram series.
Hwa-young, despite representing a Windows Phone mobile system, wasn't a DJ from the Byte On Air radio station. Nevertheless, she continues being a major character in the other Phone characters.
She was well-known as the best friend and mentor of Hye-mi Lee, aka DJ Photon in the same radio station.
Appearance
Hwa-young has long, flowing pastel pink hair that reaches to her back and straight fringes exposed behind her ears, and circular eyeglasses. Her outfit compromises a yellow-green vest, with a long-sleeved carnation pink polo uniform underneath. She dons a sea green knee-length skirt with rose outlines printed on one side, black stockings, and ruby red patent-pointed stiletto heels.
Personality
Hwa-young is a sweet, calm, and amicable young woman with a blissful presence, captivating everyone in the entire city of Code Haven. She has a gentle yet encouraging wisdom that is reminiscent of a seasoned role model in her generation; like when she acted like a mentor and older sister to Hye-mi to encourage pursuing her musically-inclined facet more often. Aside from Hye-mi, she was also companions with Kotori and Ella; supporting each other despite their differences.
Relationships
- Hye-mi - her best friend. She and Hye-mi have a remarkable camaraderie; getting along well like siblings coming from a loving family.
- Ella - her companion. She and Ella love talking about music, acting, and even playful gossips.
- Kotori - her companion. Kotori occasionally shows Hwa-young some of her clips from the future skits and vlogs she was going to publish; making Hwa-young laugh joyfully. Hwa-young never forgets Kotori's moments and forever keeps them in her heart.

- Hwa-young's ability in music came from her parents and some of her relatives. Her mother is a soloist, her father is a guitarist and composer, and her grandparents back then were leading vocalists from a New Wave band they were in.
- Her favorite instruments to play were the acoustic guitar, kalimba, tambourine, and the electronic keyboard.
- Her favorite foods are macaroni and cheese and Korean rice cake (tteokbokki), while her favorite drinks are ramune (Japanese soda) and dalgona coffee.
