Evelyn Jamie Gates, or prominently known by her pseudonym Evelyn Bing, is a character debuted last July 2023. She and her best friend, Chandler, were new additions together for The Windolgram series. She personifies Bing AI, a chatbot site.
Appearance
Evelyn has waist-length midnight blue hair, dodger blue eyes, and circular eyeglasses. She wears a navy blue blazer with a tied ribbon. It also has unfastened buttons and underneath it was a pastel blue uniform. On the right side was an emblem of the Bing Chat logo, and on the left was a badge of a five-pointed star. She also dons a turquoise skirt, black socks with two blue lines on each side, and violet sneakers. She also wore an indigo ribbon with dark blue frills on the left side of her head.
Personality
Evelyn is a bookish and friendly young girl who loves to read and do art. She has a boundless curiosity, interested to learn about topics she was highly enthusiastic to learn more about. She was also highly intelligent when it comes to answering complex questions people ask.

- She has a cousin named Alisha, who took over as the new administrator for Microsoft Copilot, which was the current name for the feature (Bing Chat). Like Evelyn, Alisha also possesses a vast knowledge about everything despite her young age. She calls her to take care of the system when she was going out, or taking a hiatus. This was inspired by the announcement last November of 2023, where the same chat was to be merged with Copilot.[1]
- Her friendship with Chandler is a nod that Bing AI was powered by ChatGPT and based on OpenAI's GPT-4.[2]
- Her birthday is on February 7th, which is a reference to the site's release date.[3]
- Her artistry, vast knowledge, and straightforwardness are references to the 3 modes in Bing Chat, which the user can choose if the conversation was about creativity, or helping with homework.
