Mac-tan is often referred to as Cyan or Siam, and portrayed as Kapone's sister or daughter, and Sonata's sister. If not representing Mac OS X, she and the Mac OS X characters were portrayed as siblings.

She is frequently portrayed as aggressive and short-tempered, often throwing bombs when angered, mostly towards the Windows OS-tans.
