窓辺ななみ Sweet Memory, unofficially translatable to Nanami Madobe's Sweet Memory, was a campaign launched by Windows 7 Mania on July 7, 2012 in Japan.
This was the last campaign of Techno-Alliance Corp. under the Windows 7 Mania subsidiary, and it is possible that they considered retiring Nanami with this campaign as the Windows 8 release approached and her intended successors were designed. However, she was featured again as early as the Comic Market 83 event and then consistently appeared in later campaigns.

The Sweet Memory CD-ROM could be obtained with some copies of Windows 7 Ultimate bought at participating shops. 2000 discs were distributed.
At Softmap and Bic Camera, a clear file could also be obtained, and a telephone card at Dospara.
