The disc contains the Nanami Commercial and could be obtained during the Nanami Commercial Campaign. The only known mention of it from its time is a Zigsow review from August 2010, suggesting that it was distributed after the one from May. The review indicates that it came from Tsukumo, though more shops may have distributed it too, or a different one.
It was distributed in a plastic sleeve rather than a case, and the number of discs distributed is not known.
